His career includes the Government Valuation Department, the Ministry of Local Government, Copperbelt Municipal Management, major privatisation assignments, ZCCM, ZIMCO, and local government leadership including service as Town Clerk. As CEO and Managing Partner, he provides strategic direction and professional oversight to the firm.

Christopher is a qualified quantity surveyor with more than 35 years of experience gained in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. He contributes deep expertise in property management, project and investment appraisals, development advice, and property investment consultancy.

Bryan is a qualified valuation surveyor with experience in estate agency, property management, leasing, and commercial property sales across Zambia. He leads the firm’s estate agency work and supports clients through the marketing, negotiation, and transaction process.
